A letter from the founder of ZANE, Tom Benyon:
“We are so grateful for ZANE’s help. It has improved the quality of my life immeasurably. This kindness means so much and has lifted our spirits after so much hardship. Please thank ZANE’s generous donors.”
This is a message from Harold, 73; a former farmer who was brutally evicted from his farm in Zimbabwe, his mother killed in the process.
It is for people like Harold and his wife Sarah that Jane and I walk. We walk because it could so easily be us. Thousands of pensioners like them are the innocent victims of circumstances beyond their control – land reform, economic collapse, corruption – that has left them dependent on ZANE for survival.
We walk because ZANE’s gracious and generous supporters continue to sponsor our walking endeavours. This support enables ZANE to provide food, medicine and shelter to those like Harold and Sarah.
If you have recently donated to ZANE, thank you – and please disregard this request. If you haven’t, and can afford to help, please consider donating today.

Please donate to support pensioners struggling to survive in Zimbabwe
Any assistance is greatly appreciated and goes a long way to giving our pensioners a better quality of life and lift the pressure of money worries which is very debilitating emotionally.
