Days 6 and 8 of the Munda Biddi Trail have been amazing to ride. The Old Legs are riding to raise much needed funds for struggling pensioners in Zimbabwe to assist with medical needs, rent and day to day living expenses.
Day 6
Some pictures from today thanks to Richard Nash for providing them. It was great to have Richard and Richard Yates with us today and for their support. This area of Western Australia is fantastic.
So for this week we have risen 436km and with an elevation of 5809m in 6 days of riding. The average speed has been under 16km/h with the climbing and single track paths.
We are also Old !!!
Day 8
Hi we are now on our first rest day, having completed day 8, and half of the Munda Biddi trail. Yesterday’s ride was made special by Richard Yates and Clive Webb-Martin joining us for the day.
Tomorrow we start the Cape to Cape MTB race for the next 4 days which will cover 183kms and 3900m of climbing.
I am really nervous as I have put on at least 4 kgs which I am blaming on Jens cooking and I will now have to deal with up those hills!!! Mike and I feel that our last 8 days will stand us in good stead to reach the finish.

Please donate to support pensioners struggling to survive in Zimbabwe
Any assistance is greatly appreciated and goes a long way to giving our pensioners a better quality of life and lift the pressure of money worries which is very debilitating emotionally.
